8. Fees and charges for consulting services provided by Angelz Consultancy are subject to change from time to time. Cancellation fees are outlined on our online booking system and are as follows:
Cancellation of a scheduled consulting session within 48 hours will result in forfeit of full fees. Failure to attend a scheduled consulting session will incur full fee. Thereby, cancellation of a consulting session before 48 hours, may be permitted for a full or partial refund. Please contact us via email to discuss. It’s advisable to reschedule the consulting session 48 hours beforehand without any penalty.
9. The following goods and services are exempt from being refunded. These include:
· All digital products – ebooks, courses, templates
· Downloadable software products
· Online discounted/sale products, programs, services
· Gift vouchers
· Services that have already been rendered
10. Only regular priced goods/products may be refunded, and/or exchanged, unfortunately discounted/sale products cannot be refunded or exchanged. No exchanges allowed for digital products, discounted/sale items, gift vouchers, services already rendered.
11. Physical products or books, if damaged or not received in original condition, may be returned, and refunded or replaced within 30 days of purchase. Your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receiving goods.
12. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of your use of it is subject to the laws of Victoria.
13. You may only use the website for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the nature and purpose of the website.
14. These terms and conditions are in relation to your use of any product or service described on our website unless otherwise agreed.
15. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. Your continued use of our website following any such amendments will be deemed to be confirmation that you accept those amendments.
